Motor Trade Branch Manager Required for Aberdeen.



Salary: £25-27k (dependant on experience) + bonuses

Must have fast fit background/Experience. Must have management/Service manager experience.



To manage the day to day operation and control of the branch, in order to maximise sales, turnover and profitability in all areas of the business. To ensure that the National Customer Code and Company objectives are adhered to at all times.



To manage, motivate and develop staff to build a successful, effective team



To maintain staff levels as agreed with the Regional Manager and to recruit suitable employees in conjunction with the Regional Manager (where applicable).



To provide induction training to new members of staff and ensure attendance on designated training courses.



To maintain a high standard of performance, personal presentation and discipline within the branch.



Ensure staff are aware and adhere to all company policies and procedures



To hold staff meetings according to the company schedules and providing feedback to the Regional Manager
